Whether you come to enjoy our coach-led classes or prefer to train at your own pace during our extensive Open Box hours, you will find your perfect spot here. Furthermore, we rigorously ensure a controlled capacity in every session to guarantee your comfort and safety, making sure you never have to worry about fighting over a barbell, a pair of plates, or space on the rack.
